Proud to be an American

What a most wonderful weekend we've had to celebrate our independence. I love this holiday! We had lunch with Rob and Erin at the Lone Star Taqueria yesterday, then headed to Boondocks for some mini golf. This morning we went swimming with John and Amber and kids then to the "cul-de-sac" of fire with friends and family. Other than doug's rib coming out of place (thanks Bishop Kofford for saving his bacon), it was a wonderful weekend. Thank you to all the servicemen and women who made this weekend possible.

What happened to Doug's rib? Do tell us the story. Hope is NOT in pain.

In high school Doug was in a car accident and broke his ribs. One of them didn't heal properly and pops out every so often. Luckily our bishop is a chiropractor and took time out of his Saturday to save Doug. He was dancing all around the fireworks by nighttime thanks to his visit at the chiropractor. He'll go a few times this week and should be fine.
